I have few questions below regarding the same.

1) Is culture really as good as i see on glassdoor. almost everyone has given positive review

2) how is the recession plan, as they are the only big company who hasnt done layoff yet

3) about the stocks, is is there any restrictions or lock in period before we can sell?

I have offer from shell (oil and gas industry) for ServiceNow developer CTC 13LPA banglore location.
2nd offer is from nagarro 11 LPA for pune location.
YOE is 2 years.

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.
