Good thread that u have shared
I don't think u can save much in India with 30 l. Maybe max 1 lakh around. In Netherlands you will spend about 3k euro with luxury living. Keep in mind the food you have to cook yourself. So u can decide then. Also keep in mind the tax is around 20-30% in EU.
Check the in-hand salary and deduct your expense. if the amt converted to INR is less than what you would save in India then no point in moving
both are avg salary according to EU standards and there is not much room for negotiation as well. if u r single then go for german
Even with 80k euros, just on monetary terms, it would be better to stay in india. If you just convert euros to inr, it would make sense if only you wanted to move back to India in future. Otherwise, 30 lpa itself is better, let alone that you can easily switch to 40 lakh here. But that's just monetary aspects and it's just my opinion. There are other aspects to life as well and considering that you could move there. Although perhaps you could also get 120k there. Try for that.
If we return back to India after 3-4 years then whatever tax has been deducted will that be refunded can u please tell us?
