Any exit opportunities in Tulsa, OK???!!!
EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

Fair. Best of both worlds.
OP, I would suggest asking your firm to transfer. I’m moving to Toronto in January through Inter Company transfer process from New York.
Good luck.
Don’t do it unless you have to. There are other threads on the comp and costs implications of moving to Canada from the US.
Somewhat agree with A1 here.
Toronto/Canada market doesn’t seem good for immigrants currently. I have seen a lot of well qualified new immigrants struggling for basic jobs in the past few months, too risky & recession can trigger any time....

This is the same Senior Manager who got coached in the past. Exactly the same comment more or less.
OP - ignore such people. There are a plenty of Data Analyst jobs available in the market right now. Unfortunately, we don't sponsor work visas at the moment but can encourage you to apply for a PR which can open new avenues for you in Canada. Things can also work out very well if you already have an open work permit.
Jobs are plenty in your field. Look for positions on job boards like LinkedIn
I would really appreciate if I can be reffered. Please let me know if you can. Thanks!
Have you considered making a move through EY?
