Hi, I am on H4 visa in US. An employer is filing for my h1b visa by end of this month. However, I have to go to Mexico from june 29- july 4. Is traveling out of US allowed while my petition has been filed? Will i be able to re-enter US on h4 visa? Is it going to affect my h1b petition?
