As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

You'll need a skilled working visa - have you had a google? Any that you can obtain without restriction on hours (ie not limited to 20 hours like a student visa) or the rural visa which won't allow you to work in melbourne or sydney
Thank you. My actual wondering is: is it not better to make the interviewing company decide which kind of visa you should have? Different skilled visa has different timeline with different working hrs allowed. Wouldn’t I risk to be less preferred than another who has a better visa?
But since I don’t know the need of the different company I wonder if I makes sense to apply for the visa after or before the interview.
The goal is anyway working in Melbourne or Brisbane
You should probably get the visa first. I moved to Melbourne exactly a month ago, have been applying since and haven't received any interviews yet. And all good jobs / big companies ask for your visa type and grant number. Mostly everywhere the requirement is that you be in Australia. For me the major problem is not having any local experience.
