Hi, I applied for a role at UST and cleared 3 technical rounds and a f2f managerial round on Apr 15. HR said one final client managerial round was pending and would happen by Apr 25. Since then, no update. Despite follow-ups, there’s been no clear response. Earlier, they told me to be ready to join in 3 days, so I arranged PG. Now it’s been 20+ days with no clarity. I’m mentally affected by this delay. Am I being ghosted? What should I do now? Why aren't giving any update after so many rounds?

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries.
