Hi, I been laid off from work for 9 years and apply for many jobs with no call backs. I work for 14 years as a cashier at a company that closed down in 2015. I apply for many jobs recently 6 last year and 2 in January 2024 with only the call-ahead position receiving my resume. I like advice from a professional what are my best career choice options to seek permeant ft or second choice pt work available? What are the jobs with my experience that I should be applying to now? YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I wanted to move to devops role. But without experience no one is giving opportunity and they are considering my profile as QA only 😒

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!
