I had my HR discussion in Cognizant and they've provided me the compensation details on telephonic conversation. But I haven't received any mail for documents submission. Can anyone tell me what's the exact procedure and how long it normally takes as my Notice period will be over within 3 weeks.

So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?

I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

How long does Deloitte take to issue an offer. I interview for a DevSecOps position and was told I was getting an offer extended to me. I have barely heard back in almost 2 weeks from anyone about the offer and need to make a decision on other offers. What do I do? Could they be rescinding my offer?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over.
