I have 2 good offers, want some opinion on which companies should I go ahead with considering salary, work life balance, overall stability and quality of work in AI,GenAI,Agentic domain.

1. PWC AC - 23.5 LPA fixed AI senior associate role (this role is more towards genai/agentic ai)

2. Honeywell Aero- 26 LPA fixed -Data scientist 2 (less clarity on project tech stack can be ML, genai or agentic)

I’ve been having a bit of trouble working with one partner at a new firm. There are definitely things I can/need to work on for improvement, but I’ve been practicing for four years and have had no trouble with other partners/peers before. This partner sent an email to me with bills for one client of his/hers I worked on and now looped in a practice management person to have a ‘management call’ (prob to talk about billing less..) Should I be looking for other opportunities?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I discussed with my lead , he said if you really want to leave then prepare a good reason and leave on good terms, management will try to give lucrative offers so that you stay.


What are some safe resignation reasons to give so that
they cannot counter it and it looks genuine and safe as well.
