I have a BS in Accounting, as well as a Masters in Forensics, I started working in a forensics practice right out of college, but I have been noticing at many medium size firms forensics can be a lot of matrimonial work which I think I have had enough of. I Anyone have any advice on how to break out of the matrimonial space and do more commercial damages/fraud investigation? Thank you in advance!

Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Does anyone have any tips or insights on certifications or skill training I should invest in to help make me more recession-proof?

Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role.
