Current CTC - 22 LPA base + 2L bonus + 17k USD vesting in 3 year.
Above salary is from a recent hike that I got around a month ago.
YoE : 3.5 years
How much can I expect from Microsoft for my experience level? This is my 1st job switch

Considering the fact that I got my hike very recently, can I still freely ask for what I want or better be on safer side ?

I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it). Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
