Hi, I have cleared all interview rounds in PWC and going to receive my offer letter within 10 days as confirmed by HR. However, i got a mail regarding an online assessment test which is mandatory to give before joining. So, can anyone please let me know more about this exam like will it affect my selection if not cleared or not score marks up to the mark? What questions can be there in exam, technical or generic? Thanks!

Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.

HR folks — what feedback have you obscured by offering that line instead?

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.

There is no concept of 9 hours work schedule. I want to name few people but doing it

Team i am working in Deloitte USI bangalore having 6.5yrs of exp in cybersecurity . Got an offer in Pwc ac Kolkata but in bangalore office . They are offering decent hike 48% and manager role . Seeing so many bad reviews a bit concerned now !! Should I go ahead or not ?
