Now, can I just select Construction of house clause" or any other clause which you can suggest through which I can direcrly withdraw the amount without any evidence or questions asked from EPFO? If someone who has withdrawn money from EPF can help?

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
