1. I got selected in LTI-MINDTREE too. Will lti compensate my 12 lpa package or will they stick with low CTC?

2. And how is the projects in LTI are ? Is it good after merging with Mindtree. Are there enough projects for data engineering or should I stay with my current offer

After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Is it that now they are not considering me for products? In iprofile it shows project name as ABAS but manager name as RM name. Can someone help me?
