I have got some of the pre-emp medical tests done, but not sure who will give an impression summary, the diagnostic centers dont understand this..Also how do we get a report on height, weight, neck movments, vision ?

Can someone please give a clue ? Any idea if they have tie up with diag. centers and all this can be done easily ?

Does anyone have tips to get rid of eye bags ? Since I’ve started working they are getting worse. Mine are on the darker side and they are not puffy. I’m 26F. I’ve tried some eye creams and serums but I don’t see any results…

It has taken me well over a week and a half to feel like a human again this break. 3 days left and I feel simultaneously like I’m getting shorted and grateful that I had the time to have my breakdown off-the-clock. When do you go back and are you feeling ready?

For diet reasons, I don't drink alcohol. But I drink sodas occasionally. Like at company happy hours, etc. From a health perspective, is this kind of hypocritical? I think they are both nutritionally near 0 value. I do enjoy the taste of soda more than alcohol. But I can't help but feel like if I'm willing to drink sodas, a beer or two a week shouldn't be much different. If anything, it's lower calorie per can lol.

Currently a medical assistant and considering the PA route. Living in Canada where the PA profession is relatively new (not as many specialities for PAs as the US, and salary is lower). I’m nervous about future burn out and unfavourable working hours - any advice?

Stress is causing a massive flare-up of racing thoughts recently. I feel like it's been at least a week or two since I last was able to completely clear my mind. My sibling (from India) applied for Canadian Visa for study permit (2 years) and it was rejected stating the reason "the IRCC agent was not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay.
The intake was in Jan 2023.

Should we apply again? Has anyone ever experienced this and would appreciate if they can guide me? I'm really worried and emotionally tormented. Need urgent help.
