Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father).
