Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

Hello everyone I live in Chicago. I have been teaching Preschool for over 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s in ECE, credential 5 with gateway. Now I work as a kindergarten Specialist. I wanted to relocate to some place warm, that has no problem with paying their staff. I am well rounded and have a lot of knowledge and experience. Any tips or suggestions.

What do you do over your schools winter break? How long is it? I have almost 2 full weeks and I'm debating between doing a ton of prep or actually trying to relax. 2nd year teacher and last year was mostly virtual so I had more "free" time to get stuff together.

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. It's more than 90 days and I have not received my fnf ,even though I have served my notice period,whenever I am following up they say that the team is working on that , even though I have looped higher management like vp, senior manager but not getting any help.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?
