TechM offers me 36 LPA fixed Location Noida

I love to join Russell cause it's not Service based and for a Investment Banking Industry experience. But Would like to match the offer with TechM. Any input or suggestion which can help me here.

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

So any one gone through these scenario and does mastercard extended joining date??
