Hi, I just got an offer from Oracle cerner for Lead Software Engineer. How is the culture and growth in the company. Is there an option for internal transfer to any other country as well ?

I just received a verbal offer as a program manager at vp level from a US BB in London. Unfortunately the number was a round down of my current pay. I’m currently a business manager in banking and thinking to move to the program manager role as a step towards more broader opportunities in the future (COO, consulting type of roles).
Should I accept the offer?
The HR told me that there will be opportunities for promotion in the next 12 to 24 months.
