Hi, I moved out of Wipro. I was supposed to get my May'22 and June'22 month salaries together in My F&F settlement. But May'22 salary is missed/excluded in final calculation and is still not credited to my bank account. I see no response from HRSS team from Wipro on my multiple follow-ups on Email/Toll free numbers. I even raised helpline ticket but it was closed with no resolution.

Please suggest what I can do next!

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.
