Hi! I recently cleared all rounds with Merck and when it came to salary they are offering what I was earning in my previous company 3 years back.
However, initially, before interviews, I was told that I'll get a 30-40% hike. But now they are saying they never said it and they never had that budget.
I feel they are taking advantage of my unemployment and since I don't have any other offers as well, I don't know what to do. I'm yet to get the offer letter. Any suggestions?
