May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

How much time Citiustech take to release experience and releiving letter. Will they give any releiving letter on LWD?? or any kind of written communication that you have been releived from organization??
Is there any aggrement they ask to sign for FNF settelment?
You get 21 PLs and 12 mandatory leaves. Appraisal happens during Mar-Apr cycle. If you are not tagged to project in 3 months, they lay you off. Projects are cold, many clients are leaving due to recession. Although company is trying hard to bring new deals and retain clients. Friendly workspace if you get the right project. People are good here generally. Forget on-site for 2-3 years, backlog of people selected in H1B lottery, they will be preferred first. Suggest you to take offer and negotiate with other better companies. Join CT as last resort. New CEO is not inspiring confidence
For which location you have got the offer? Leaves policy are fine, one and only problem is if you didnt get project in first 90 days then be ready for layoff..
Projects are mostly short term here, 3,4,6 months like that... learning opportunity are there but not good quality projects

You should ask these specifics to the recruiter. It is a great company and has turned around now.
Be very specific for the role or the work rhey are hiring you for. They hired me as a Python+AWS developer and am not doing any of it in the new project. Its a disgrace by CT.
