I recently got an offer from HTC global for 6 Lpa. My current ctc is only 2 Lpa(startup). When I told my manager about this he told me its a bad decision as I only have 10 months of work experience.
Is it a bad decision to change? What would you advise on a career growth stand point?

Has anyone been successful negotiating a “breach notification costs” provision in contracts with vendors? What are some good args to include it?
