Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

I applied to a job opening on Accenture site on Nov. 16. Around Dec 16, my profile got rejected, without any calls or emails. I was told that I could apply only after 6 months. So, I replied on May 20th (6 months from Nov. 16). I got a message saying that the profile already exists. So, I waited for some more time and applied on June 18tg. This is the message I got [We already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources] How long do I still need to wait?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

There will be change in work culture for sure, it’s not a good company in terms of work culture and tech, but go for it if they are giving you good hike and you don’t have any other options.
What is ur total exp , designation , technology, and business unit offered.
I am currently working in Adp having 3 years of experience. I’ve been offered a Software Engineer role (AVP level) at Wells Fargo Hyderabad, primarily working on Java and Kafka. I’m not completely sure about the business unit yet.

Coming to cons -
1. Silent layoffs are frequent these days
2. They hired some top bosses who started optimising every team and this resulted in the manager forcing PIP on people. Some of the folks i knew left as they were asked to leave saying management is watching everyone and I cannot explain to them why we have so many people on the team and we are not able to deliver on lightning speed.
3. Managers think with a copilot you can deliver within hours.
4. I know a team where guys were hired from major market players like adobe and all.. and finally let go after 9 months saying we don't have work for you.
5. My team always remained in constant fear of Layoff. Work hours are long, they don't give time to brush up tech also.. again saying, layoff are not direct - you might be told you have a performance issue and believe me my friend - PIP is meant to layoff without a severance package - no-one survives PIP
Cool, take care. In the last 5 years I have not seen such fearful culture here in this company. I am not so optimistic about the future at this company eveen
