Hi, I'm a MBA student that have been working in biopharma companies as an engineer for years. Trying to pivot into consulting and currently applying for internship roles. Can anyone help me with a referral for LEK? Thanks a lot!

"MBA student that have been

Really?

Hmmm I was also questioning the use of "that", you are a person not a thing.
An MBA student who has been.....

:-)

If you're at Stern as implied by works at NYU, why are you seeking a referral now? Doesn't on-campus consulting internship interview season mostly start in January/February?

The actual interviews I think will be in Jan, but the application submissions have deadlines coming soon (in 2 weeks) for most of the companies.

Why not reach out to Stern alum at LEK? Would be way better than a generic referral from here

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Feeling a tad intimidated! Any tips would be so very appreciated!

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!

A nice comfortable office chair.

https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest

I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

AMA.
