Hi! I’m new here, recently certified in April & currently looking for employment. I have a great resume & was certified from a great college, but I don’t have any actual experience outside of school & learning. Every job ad I see that is hiring is perfect, basically me they’re describing, yet they don’t want me because I don’t have experience. Idk what I am supposed to do at this point. To get the experience, I need a chance to prove myself. But to get the chance, I need the experience! Help! 😞

Saw a job on LinkedIn applied for it and the CEO of the startup reached out to me saying he was game to move to the next stage of the process. Spoke to hiring manager and they even offered another position which matched my skills. Scheduled a full panel interview. Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox. At this point you're just like arrrrrrgh😩

Is anything wrong with tech Mahindra hiring after submission of documents and salary discussion they want to have again technical round..if they want to reject why they do it in early stage.almost 3 week of search time wasted.

Longest you ever waited for an offer letter? I’ve met with a total of 5 people including the partner in charge and accepted the verbal. It’s been a little over two weeks since hearing back. They touched base with me a couple times saying it needs approval but starting to lose hope.

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.
