My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota. So, this is a little awkward, but I recently moved to SD for a fresh start, and honestly, I love this city. My problem is I have been more of a homebody since I moved here and I'm a little intimidated to go out and meet people because I don't feel like I fit in here. I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at.
