Is Thoughtworks still better than most service based company during this period?.
As im reading many of the comments saying there is issues within the organisation.

I'm from a regular service based company with CCTC 6 L with 3 yoe, and I have recently got Thoughtworks offer with a handsome package of 17.5L which I feel a great offer for me by comparing my previous salary.

I'm very eagered to join this organisation but people's comments make me feel anxious.

what will be the inhand salary of 17 lakh 50 thousand , thats include 10% variable pay.

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
