hi! I’ve been living in the harwood district for 2 years and my rent is getting INSANE (2,400/month for 1 bed). I plan to move in mid Jan, ideally targeting 1500/month so I can start saving (lol) for grad school.

Does anyone have any suggestions on places to look?? Really important factors for me are:

- safety (am a mid 20s woman)
- noise level (super noise sensitive, want quiet neighborhood and walls that aren’t paper thin)
- distance (not super far from central Dallas)
- 19 month lease? 🤞🏻
