Hence, I would like to know if after 1 year , would I be eligible for salary increment or after 2 years?

Since I came to know for TCS if I join in April 2024, then I have to wait for 2 years before any increment.

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
