What is Amazon’s extensive background check?

Hey guys! So I have a Top Secret Clearance and recently joined Amazon in a position that doesn’t require it. Would Amazon offer to host my clearance considering that they are looking for multiple people with this type of clearance? I’m open to cleared work but was hired for a commercial Strategy and just not sure if I should bring it up? Thought?
level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

Based on the performance in the interview you will be allocated a TCT - Total Compensation Target. This is what they aim to pay you per year
In year 1 and 2, the TCT should be primarily base salary + signing bonus. In year 3 and 4 it’s more heavily weighted towards RSUs.
I went from a base of $190k to a base of $153600 at AWS, but my TCT was $315000. Right now my projected salary for next year is about $380k
Jumping in on the thread to see if you’re still open to making a referral/helping someone new get in the door at Amazon? I’m in Nashville, 12+ yrs legit exec business experience, Master’s, refs. etc. Have just starting applying for new roles/making a change after successful career transition/want new start. I began by applying for several roles at Amazon today—all non engineering (Bus & Merch Dev, Buying, BI, PM, Ops, etc). I don’t have any personal contacts at Amazon, so would be crazy grateful for someone helping—I will reflect positively on you!
What’s your current base now and projected yearly base? They do that because they don’t want to reward low performers that become dead weight and remain stagnant after getting to a certain level of salary. If you’re good at what you do your RSUs get refreshed and can even increase based on performance.
Feel free to ask questions (also I’m not at EY anymore, just haven’t changed my Fishbowl profile)
My current base is $185K. They are telling me the Amazon base would be $140-$160K and then, whenever they offer you a bonus or stock, you don’t actually get it until after several years later. That part is ridiculous. Also, I read that their 401K matching is a meager 2% (50% of 4% contribution). That’s literally nothing.
If you don’t care about culture and can play petty politics then go for it.
Gotta love how companies treat people. I get invited to the Loop. I get asked for availability and then, I get ghosted after providing it.
Now, would amazon be a company you’d want to work for if they treat you like this during the hiring process?
