I have done M.com and i have an YOE-3.5 working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 Lpa CTC. Is doing some courses to upscale my skills from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.
