Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

As a former clinic manager and current RCM manager for a healthcare tech startup in Silicon Valley, I would consider that on the low side, esp for making a living in California
At least $25
That is pretty low for California’s cost of living. Are you moving to California or is this remote? You can make a lot more at Kaiser Permanente, you should look at the career page.
Yea even the cashiers make $28-30 starting so I’m sure you can apply for a unit assistant, staff assistant or ED clerk and make over $30. If you have any questions you can always message me.
I know for an RN, for the Care Coordinator position at the clinic I work at in a rural area the pay range is $30-$37. If this is for a population Health position- an RN must fill the role to complete patient care programs under the providers supervision in order for reimbursement of TCM and CCM services
That makes sense honestly!! Thank you for the explanation.
Definitely negotiate salary. $20 sounds very low.
U have a Bachelors love! Don’t take $20! Find something else!
Iv never been an RCM or a care coordinator. I have been an CNA/NAC for a long while. It seems like maybe they have not adjusted for cost of living. $20 should be on the low end for a starting NAC/CNA position. Usually and RCM or care coordinator would make $1-2 more than a CNA at least. So I would definitely negotiate that. Maybe they would be willing to give you a 3 day weekend or something. These nursing homes act like they broke so if they don’t wanna give you more $$ (which they should) ask for more benefits or a combination of both. Good luck and congratulations on advancing your career.
