Anyone else having a hard time getting their offer letter and/or updates to offer letters at PwC? I negotiated a higher base and haven’t gotten the updated letter yet. Trying to get through background check to ensure my start date before giving notice. It took awhile to get the original offer as well. They called and were like “so you probably got an offer letter…” and I said “No, but glad I will be” 🤣

Fire the least experienced one to free up the impediment and replace with an even lesser experienced hire. Kidding aside, developers are the most stubborn people out there. If they can't figure it out on stack overflow then there's little hope.
Please don’t, that’s a super biased opinion 😂 You don’t want to give a polarizing answer. What if a developer reads your application?
Communication likely isn't the issue. It's very likely that the developers understand each other better than anyone else does, they just have honest disagreements, and senior devs are incredibly stubborn (for good reason). If they both agree that each other's solution can work (and agree on the problem they are trying to solve), then work with them to decide which one, according to whatever criteria you value (speed to market, future scalability, efficiency, whatever). If they don't agree that either approach can work, then you have to get a 3rd dev to give you an honest assessment, or take over the project. Sometimes the threat of a third party coming in is enough to get devs on a team to compromise and move forward.

Hear them out, then ask an engineering manager to weigh in…and not staff them together going foreword. Don’t over think it. It happens.
Not seeing eye to eye with your colleagues isn’t rare. As a BA intern, it’s not really your place to mediate conflict. However, I think the answer to this is to listen to both opinions and try to guide them to a place of common understanding. If the situation doesn’t improve, leadership should be notified and they’ll take the necessary steps.
OP, while D1s response is the right one, here is the politically correct one for your interview: First, I will have one-one discussions with both the developers and understand their pain points and the real cause for them not to get along. Then I will have a discussion with all 3 of us together to reconcile any differences between them. We will divide responsibilities so they don’t have conflicts going forward and also make sure both get the credit for being the bigger man by resolving the conflict. If the issue continues, I will raise to my manager.
Which solution wastes less budget? Which solution is over-engineered? Which solution is updateable? Which solution can be containerized and re-utilized? Which solution can be stolen and rolled into a stand alone product?
