So I'm giving fake medical reasons to my current company to escape early. So during background verification in new company will my previous company cause any issue? Will my HR under whom I am will be part of background verification?

I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features.
