I am in discussion with HR for salary negotiation, they offered me 26,00,000 fixed and joining bonus, relocation (3-5 lakhs).
My current CTC is 20,00,000 fix and RSU is of 5 lacks per annum.

HR Team is only considering the fix part i.e. 20lpa and offering std 30% hike which is 26,00,000 fix.

Initially I asked for 28 fix but team said not feasible.

So guys could you please guide is this a good deal (26 fix) and 10-15% variable performance for
Senior Solution Advisor role i.e. Sr. Cons YOE:10

I have started working from jul2019 and I have filed my tax return for 2020 and 2021 tax years.


However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?
