Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

I gave interview in Amazon and cleared all the rounds , then went on hold and still on hold due to hiring freeze in that departement. HR does respond and update me when reached out.
Interesting thing which happened here is iam cracking each every product based interviews now after my tough preparation for Amazon and getting higher packages than what Amazon would give. So whatever happens , happens for good. Cheers Amazon
Don't be sad that you couldn't get through a FAANG 🤙

How/why did you come up with that number 55? 22 to 55 at 5YOE as a PM, probably only FAANG and EQUIVALENT but even they won't pay 55 FIXED for 5YOE SE, let alone a PM.
Ofcourse an average SDE would be paid more than an average PM in tech. Just like Software Engineers/DataScientists are 'second class employees' at MBB firms.
Lot of Organisation that Will pay you a number close to what you are looking at. Product management as a role is flourishing and if you are really good at your Job. It is possible. If not exactly 55, I think there are a lot of opportunities at 45-50.
Try Unicorns, Faang, even a lot startups in their 0-1 journey will be happy to provide you this.
If the only goal is to reach a number, say 55 LPA, (SOMETHING THAT I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE). Start of with applying for companies that have a budget of 40-45 and plan your job searching funnel in a way that you have multiple offers at the end of the search period which you can then use to pit offers against one another.
FYI, I have 6 years of total exp (4 in Product management), and I have offers for 50+Esops
How did u manage to get multiple offers when i see the role is more domain centric. Were those roles from multiple different domain or from a specific domain. Also its seems the Brand or tag on resume like IIt, past top companies help a lot. Do you also have something like this?
I have 5 years exact experience. My current ctc is 25 lpa. I can’t imagine getting 55 lpa lol. My field doesn’t pay that much but i am trying to reach 40 lpa now
5 yoe. 22lpa exact. You have barely passed your newbie leader role moving into slight middle management role maybe a multiple team manager perhaps. Now if you stick with your existing company it'll probably take a while longer until you have enough domain experience where you become let's say a region or account manager. But if you switch now if you can probably score 35-40lpa realistically for a good switch. For a worst switch maybe 25-30. But 55? You need to be bringing something that others at your yoe absolutely cannot give. So unless you have that confidence I would look at thi g's realistically and gain enough domain knowledge where you can takeover tasks of someone two roles above you and then go for a 60-70+ switch at a moderate sized firm loking for a senior leader with lets say 10 yrs of exp.
But yeah if you're one of the exceptional overachievers you might reach that point much earlier
