I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?
