Is this a Lead Kind of role ? What is the YOE normally for this role and expected salary range ?

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare.
