No ..as per policy you will not get WFH for 1 week need to get approval
Days are department wise fixed and gets changed regularly
Nothing is fixed now
1. based on my recent discussion at HR round, HR mentioned there'd be roaster created and you need to attend office on specific days (didn't mentioned of any flexibility)
2. Not sure of getting WFH for a week, based on reviews I didn't find much positive on this. I'd try to negotiate this with them for work flexibility

Yes, mandatory. Yes, fixed as per individual team. 1 week WFH is possible, but only in special conditions, on need basis, with due permission of manager.
Also, there is an official rule that work-from-home has to be done from within city limit. And for beyond that, you need to take permission in writing from your manager.
But I am not sure if it is being enforced currently (like if you go home to other city and work from there without telling anybody, does it get flagged, no idea)
My joining date is also near. But no one is replying here.
They will give wfh one week and it depends upon the manager, they will mostly approve as it's once a while
