I am an Angular Developer struggling with job change. I have 3yrs of experience in Frontend Development. I cracked interviews of 2 MNCs but didn't got the offer. The first was my dream company, after a month of salary negotiation I was told that my offer was put on hold due to some unkown reasons. In second company they had some viered policy of address verification which I was not able to provide on time bcuz of which i lost that offer also. Plz help me with a good opprotunity

Hi all, I currently work 52-55 hours on average weekly and have been at my company for 4 months. I am now the only operations team member and am expected to complete all ops work alone. (Barely got trained to begin with). I work in Manhattan as well so I’m not sure if my 70k+15-20% bonus is standard or if I’m being very underpaid, especially considering that it is an employees market. Thoughts?
