Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Art Director
As an Art Director, you’ll pair with your Copywriter partner and other members of the team to create campaigns centered around simple and powerful ideas leveraging the reach and values of the brand to further the goals of the non-profit. You’ll set the tone of the idea through visuals and a design language to tell that story.
Requirements: (Art Director)
3-5 years agency experience
An eye for design, awareness of culturally relevant trends and most important, a sense of empathy towards those in need
Experience in ideating and executing big ideas and campaigns beyond traditional thinking.
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote is required with experience in After Effects, Premiere and a 3D program being a nice-to-have.
A portfolio demonstrating a premium design aesthetic
A portfolio that demonstrates “big idea” thinking, and how those ideas translate into a campaign
A portfolio that demonstrates unique uses of traditional media channels and innovation
A portfolio that showcases ideas for organizations, causes and non-profits
