I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. Guys please give your inputs.
I have been working as ServiceNow Developer my YOE is 5.5.
Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
Please suggest.
