Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

The real estate company?
Compass is straight we work shenanigans. They saddle agents with long and expensive lock-in clauses and don’t support agents unless they’re top top performers. They take a bigger cut from most realtors than other brokers unless you’re a very strong performer, thus boxing themselves in and hoping the top of the RE market never bottoms out.
The FTC is already going after Realtors for their severe anti-competitive practices. I’d stay away.

Breaking News! Amazing Real Estate Company Compass Laying Off Nearly 300!
A Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification from the Washington state Employment Security Department on Wednesday put the number at 271 workers, with 84 “local” and 187 “virtual.”

I’ve heard mixed. Apparently corporate was great in the 2015-2017 era, but is facing scale and regulatory challenges. I’d proceed with caution.
Overall culture is good, agents often really do lift each other but any agent who has developed a deep relationship with the company's employees knows how amazing they are and the fact that they are the backbone of the company but it is very apparent how overworked and understaffed the wonderful staff is.
