I personally like it a lot. Great people and culture! Working with the colleagues is both intellectually stimulating AND straight up fun. Market rep and exit ops are obviously not MBB, but I see us very well positioned to continue growing our strategy business going forward. If you want to do strategy work, but are tech-savvy and aware of the benefit of our e2e offering, this might be your sweet spot. If you're mainly after the brand stamp and a lot of money, maybe look somewhere else...
BAH1 - an example of this is my current project. Client wants to go from legacy product company to products + software. Our recommendation cover lots of areas, including offering, routes to market, capabilities, organization, etc. however, one key part of our work is how do you enable this transformation with technology. I swear this is the part that people are most interested in. We have specialty people do the tech work, but everything has to dovetail together. As the SM, I can’t say, oh, this is the technology guy’s stuff. I need to own the work from top to bottom, which requires me to be technically savvy
