Honest question for the bowl: Is anyone else exhausted by the traditional lead gen funnel? It feels like we're just annoying our best future customers with gated content and cold outreach.

I've been going all-in on a different approach: community-led generation. The idea is to stop selling and start serving. Leads become a byproduct of trust, not a goal of a funnel.
