Amazon recruiter reached out and wants to know my general compensation expectations before first interview. Very little info available on role but seeing $150k-$250k total compensation reported. Is this too wide of a range to give them?

How long do you wait to hear about an offer? It’s been almost 5 months of interviewing with a top company and I’m waiting on a decision. What’s your threshold for waiting?

Infosys - System Engineer role- 3.6 CTC

HCL - 4.2 CTC

Virtusa - Associate Engineer - 4.5 CTC

Wipro- Project Engineer- 3.5 CTC

Which company is good to start my career?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Note: Completed all the rounds and documents are also submitted.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????
