The fact that they're offering bonuses instead of fixing ratios tells you everything about their priorities. Short term gains are tempting, especially if you need the money, but you left bedside for a reason. Going back to the same conditions that made you leave in the first place rarely works out differently the second time around.
Sign-on bonus is a one-time bump, and one that usually ties you to a place for a year or more. Not sure if it’s worth it, although I have seen some incredibly generous bonuses lately.
That’s WHY they offer the sign on bonus! Every job with a sign on bonus is a job you will regret applying for sooner or later. Off the employer or position was great, they wouldn’t need to offer sign in bonuses to draw applicants.

I agree with the others. You left bedside for a reason. I feel like going back would be a waste of time when you could be turning to something that fits you better.

I also agree, I think I would try to stay away if you left since you didn’t like bedside nursing. When it’s a sign on bonus, I feel like it’s at least going to be a few years gig
