How are incoming leads dispersed at your company? I feel like some people on our team get all the hot leads and others get nothing at all. I noticed this a while back but one of my colleagues pointed that out to me today and it was more than confirmation. Also how do I bring this up without sounding bitter.

Maybe you talk to your manager and ask about how lead distribution is determined. Say you're noticing a trend that certain people are getting more promising leads than others.

We never got leads from our boss, that is what cold calling is all about, you make your own success by finding your own leads. It’s not that difficult. I loved cold calling. It was my favorite part of the job. My boss is to laugh when I said I’m going trick or treating. And of course, I would make all sorts of cute advertising, specialties, and drop them off with company, literature, and my Card. It was the most enjoyable part of selling, and sometimes when you went back to the office to turn in your purchase orders, you’d have a bunch of messages on your DESK from the people. You called called the week before so make your own leads, then you won’t worry about who’s getting what.

Citi upon accepting I also received the Background Verification (BGV) mail.

which says I need to provide the relieving letter/experience letter. But the thing is I have not received it (it will take some time). I only have resignation acceptance letter.

Can we still proceed for bgv process and tell Citi that I will provide the relieving letter later on when i get it.
