How are T2 firms like Kearney, Arthur D. Little, LEK, etc. thriving in the new world order of consulting?

I have 2 years and 7 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Currently working as Senior Software Engineer in a MNC.
I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).
I'm looking for job change. Any leads will be appreciated.

What companies are not in a hiring freeze? I'm looking for my next marketing role and it would be helpful to know of companies still hiring. Thanks!

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

I read this super interesting article about how big companies like Toyota are investing in social-emotional training for their employees and seeing massive benefits. I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input. Pre hire was promised by leadership that the firm was doing lots of interesting strategy work in a niche, cutting edge but rapidly growing field. Like a lot of people, I’m thinking about going back to school for an MBA. I don’t have the money or time to dedicate to a top tier school, so I’ve been looking at WGU’s MBA in IT Management. It’s accredited. Time and cost-efficient.

My primary concern is not prestige or the connections from school like some others I’ve heard. I just want to know if I went this route, would I still be able to check that MBA box and open the door for higher starting salary if I made a jump?
